Liquid Sunset Business Brokers provides strategic consulting, business marketing, and administrative services to business owners. We are not a real estate brokerage and do not directly engage in the trade of real estate as defined by the Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA) or the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).

All real estate activities that fall under RECO or TRESA regulations—such as business transactions involving real property—are conducted solely by Randall Weese, a licensed real estate professional under Certainli Realty Brokerage. Randall operates independently through Certainli Realty Brokerage and is the only member of the Liquid Sunset team authorized to handle regulated real estate transactions.

Michael Faulds and Michelle Faulds are not licensed under RECO. Their roles are strictly limited to auxiliary support, including marketing, administrative coordination, and general business consulting. They do not participate in negotiations, agreements, or any other activities requiring RECO registration or compliance.

If your transaction requires real estate brokerage services as defined by RECO, you will be referred to and served directly through Randall Weese and Certainli Realty Brokerage in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
