Liquid Sunset Business Brokers Inc is registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario RECO as a licensed real estate brokerage. Randall Weese is the Broker of Record and is responsible for all activities that fall under RECO and the Trust in Real Estate Services Act TRESA.

Some members of our team including Michael Faulds and Michelle Faulds are not registered with RECO. Their work is limited to tasks that do not require registration such as marketing, administration, coordination, and general business support. They do not engage in activities that involve real estate trading or any regulated functions under TRESA.
